As the forerunner in the Presidential election in Liberia, our unwavering commitment to education forms a cornerstone of our campaign. We believe that investing in schools, quality teacher training, and modernized curricula is crucial to equipping our youth with the skills needed to shape a prosperous future for themselves and our nation.
Increased Investments in Schools:
Our education plan involves significant investments in school infrastructure, ensuring safe and conducive learning environments for all students. We will construct new schools and renovate existing ones, particularly in underserved areas, to promote accessibility and reduce overcrowding. By providing well-equipped classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and essential educational resources, we will create a nurturing educational environment. We will construct centralized STEM Junior and Senior High Boarding Schools in regions in which because of population size, access to Junior and Senior High education is lacking. We will collaborate with religious institutions by providing direct subventions to operationalize schools, which because of lack of funding are either closed or struggling to meet the salary and welfare needs of teachers.
Quality Teacher Training:
Teachers are the backbone of our education system. We will prioritize comprehensive teacher training programs to enhance their professional development and ensure quality instruction. We will also invest in the welfare of teachers, including providing additional incentives to those who will take up assignments in the rural Liberia. This will not only attract qualified teachers but will greatly enhance the quality of our education. By providing teachers with up-to-date pedagogical training, subject matter expertise, and access to continuous learning opportunities, we will foster a highly skilled and motivated teaching workforce.
Modernized Curricula:
We recognize the transformative power of technology in education. Our plan includes equipping schools with modern technology infrastructure, providing access to computers, internet connectivity, and digital learning resources. We will promote e-learning platforms, online courses, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences, bridging the digital divide and ensuring equal access to quality education for all.

To maximize the impact of our infrastructure development plan, we will actively engage with the private sector and foster public-private partnerships.
